Q. How much can you save by working out in our local gym?
A.
Gas:
Bentonville- 34.2 miles round trip. If you workout three days a week, that would be over $30/mo in gas
Siloam- 36.4 miles round trip. If you workout three days a week, that would be over $35/mo in gas.
Time:
Bentonville- 1 hour round trip. If you workout three days a week, that would be 13 hours/mo in driving.

Q. How do I sign up?
A. Call us (479)287-6839 and set up an appointment OR fill out our Membership Application.
Q. Can I bring a friend?
A. We do not allow members to bring friends or family members without memberships. This is unfair to all other members and is stealing. We have wonderful gym members who pay to use the facilities and allowing others these benefits for free is neither fair nor sensible. There will be a fee of $25 added to any memberships caught violating the access rules without express permission from management.
Q. Who is included in a family membership?
A. Two (2) people who live at the same address are covered. We do require proof of residence, which can be in the form of current mail or driver's license. There is an additional fee of $10 per person per month over the 2-person limit, with a max of 3 (5 total family members on one account).
Q. How do I cancel a membership?
A. AUTO DRAFT MEMBERSHIPS WILL NOT STOP UNLESS YOU SUBMIT A CANCELLATION FORM. Cancellation forms can be found here or paper forms are at the front desk of the gym. Make sure you fill it out BEFORE the month you would like to cancel. If we receive the form after the last day of the month, you will be charged for the next month's fees and cancellation will begin the following month. There will be a $15 fee assessed for any key fobs not returned by the cancellation date.
Q. How do I report a problem?

Q. How old do I have to be to have a membership?
A. You must be at least 16 years of age to be in the facility without a parent/guardian. Members ages 16-17 must have a signed parental consent form on file.
Q. Is tanning included in membership?
A. Tanning is an amenity for members only. It is an extra $10/month per person to add to your membership and includes unlimited tanning 24/7.
Q. Do you have showers?
A. Our new facility does not have showers at this time.
Q. Are you affiliated with any senior programs like Silver Sneakers?
A. Yes! We are now offering memberships through the SilverSneakers program. Click here to check your eligibility and then give us a call to sign up! The only fee you will incur is a $20 activation fee to begin your membership with us and issue you a 24/7 key fob for access to the gym.
Q. How does the student/teacher discount work?
A. Student memberships are for full-time Gravette High School students. The student discount ONLY applies to Individual Memberships. It does not apply to Family Memberships. The teacher discount applies to full-time teachers of the Gravette School District ONLY and can be used in either the individual or family membership plans, so long as the teacher is on the chosen plan.
